Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of clsuppliesnc.com and any quote, order, invoice, or delivery request submitted through the website. By using the site or submitting an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.
Quotes and orders
Website submissions are requests and do not become accepted orders until Carolina Landscape Supplies confirms product availability, quantity, pricing, applicable taxes, delivery details, and payment arrangements. We may contact you to clarify or adjust an order before acceptance.
Products, quantities, and appearance
Natural stone, mulch, soil, sand, plants, and other landscape materials may vary in color, texture, moisture, size, weight, and appearance. Photos and measurements are estimates and may not exactly represent delivered material. Customers are responsible for ordering a suitable type and quantity of material.
Pricing and payment
Prices, fees, taxes, and availability may change without notice. Delivery within 10 miles generally has a $75 minimum fee; delivery beyond 10 miles is quoted separately. A card-processing fee may apply when disclosed before payment. Payments or invoices may be processed by Intuit QuickBooks or another identified provider under that provider’s terms.
Delivery
Delivery dates and times are estimates and may change due to inventory, traffic, weather, equipment, staffing, road conditions, or other circumstances. The customer must provide a safe, legal, and accessible delivery location. Our driver may refuse a requested placement if it could damage property, equipment, utilities, pavement, landscaping, or create an unsafe condition. The customer is responsible for identifying septic systems, irrigation, utilities, soft ground, weight restrictions, and other hazards.
Cancellations, returns, and refunds
Contact us promptly to request a change or cancellation. Custom orders, opened or installed products, plants, and bulk materials that have been loaded or delivered may be nonreturnable. Approved returns or refunds may be reduced by delivery, handling, restocking, disposal, or payment-processing costs. Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
Website use
You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, submit false information, attempt unauthorized access, or use the site for unlawful purposes. Website content, branding, photographs, and designs are owned by or licensed to Carolina Landscape Supplies and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The website is provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Carolina Landscape Supplies disclaims implied warranties relating solely to website operation and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from website use, delays, or service interruptions. Product and delivery claims remain subject to applicable law and the specific written terms of the accepted order.
Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. We may update these terms and will post the revised effective date here. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
